Warrior
This page was last checked against game version 0.2.1; the game is now at 0.3.0. Some explanations may be out of date (tables are always current).
The Warrior is a sturdy front-liner. The class adds Strength and Constitution plus a percentage on your max HP and defence, so it is the easiest class to keep alive. All its skills cost stamina.
How to get
Section titled “How to get”Reach level 15 and pass the trial at the Soul Shrine in Dawnmere Village. Losing the trial costs nothing; see Classes.
Skills
Section titled “Skills”Cleave — your main attack with a short cooldown. Alternate it with a normal attack or
Shield Bash.
Shield Bash — weaker damage, but if it hits, the enemy loses its next action. Use it when you are low on HP or right before an enemy would strike hard.
Battle Cry — raises your attack for a few rounds. Open with it, then fit as many
Cleave as you can into the buff.
Second Wind — heals a share of your max HP. Because the Warrior has more max HP, it heals more than the same share would for other classes. Keep enough stamina for it.
Challenge — draws the enemy to you for a few rounds. In a party fight its single attacks go to you and your threat jumps above everyone else’s, so the others can attack safely. You take less damage while it lasts, so it also helps when you fight alone.

Skills grow stronger with mastery the more you use them.
Class gear
Section titled “Class gear”From level 15 you craft the pieces of your class set yourself; only your class can wear them. See Class gear.
| Set | Pieces | Bonus by pieces worn |

- Constitution and Strength. Constitution gives HP, defence and stamina; Strength gives attack and stamina. Both feed your skills.
- Watch your stamina. You regain 2 stamina per round. Long fights end badly if you spend it all on
Cleave and have none left for
Second Wind.
- Mana is still useful. Your class skills never use mana, so it is free for
First Aid and, from stage 2,
Qi Strike.
- Protect your party. Use
Challenge before a boss’s heavy strikes so they hit you instead of fragile party members. Attacks that hit several fighters also pick you as one target.
- Gear matters twice. The passive raises your total defence by a percentage, so every point of defence on your gear counts a bit more.
